Assistant Studio Manager - Full time on site

Would you like to be responsible for these important parts of Beevive?

  • Effectively motivating a team of people to meet production targets
  • Ensuring all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate following company procedures
  • Managing the dispatch of daily online orders
  • Assembly of products during busy periods
  • Quality control of product assembly and personalisation of items
  • Reporting to directors with all order status and production
  • Shopkeeping at pop-up events, which include the Exeter Christmas market
  • General studio duties including stock-taking, ordering supplies and administrative tasks
  • Being a role model for best practice
  • Keyholder to open and close the studio.

Studio Assistant - Fixed term contract on site

  • Packing and fulfilling online & retail orders
  • General studio duties including stock taking, ordering supplies, box making and recycling.

Does a part-time Summer contract work for you?

  • Initial fixed-term 3 month contract
  • Part-time role to cover Spring/Summer buzzy period
  • 20 - 30 hours per week Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm
  • No essential qualifications needed, full training will be provided.
