Assistant Studio Manager - Full time on site

Would you like to be responsible for these important parts of Beevive?
- Effectively motivating a team of people to meet production targets
- Ensuring all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate following company procedures
- Managing the dispatch of daily online orders
- Assembly of products during busy periods
- Quality control of product assembly and personalisation of items
- Reporting to directors with all order status and production
- Shopkeeping at pop-up events, which include the Exeter Christmas market
- General studio duties including stock-taking, ordering supplies and administrative tasks
- Being a role model for best practice
- Keyholder to open and close the studio.

Studio Assistant - Fixed term contract on site

- Packing and fulfilling online & retail orders
- General studio duties including stock taking, ordering supplies, box making and recycling.

Does a part-time Summer contract work for you?
- Initial fixed-term 3 month contract
- Part-time role to cover Spring/Summer buzzy period
- 20 - 30 hours per week Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm
- No essential qualifications needed, full training will be provided.
